Customer Service Rep

Candidate must be responsive to the needs, questions, problems and requests of all customers. Must promote goodwill, positive image and follow through.  

Must have excellent interpersonal skills. Demonstrate strong written and oral communications. Ability to deal with people of all levels, both internally and externally. Experience with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel required. Good organizational skills. Graphic design experience helpful. Regular and punctual attendance is an essential job function. College degree preferred. 

This is a temporary position with an undetermined end date. 40 hours per week.
